This project is a Windows software designed to manage displays and peripherals across consumer and enterprise environments. I served as the project UX lead, defining a modular UI architecture that replaced legacy applications and scaled across 250+ device models. The platform delivered multiple version launches (v1.0–v2.4), enabled centralized IT management saving 549+ hours per 1,000 monitor updates, and became a key internal success story for cross-functional collaboration.

I independently designed and developed the experience, using AI tools to prototype interaction logic, generate content variations, and implement real-time audio-driven behavior that responds to ambient sound. The work resulted in a self-running digital installation where text dynamically shifts, fades, and settles based on audience behavior, reframing silence as an active condition and demonstrating an end-to-end AI-enabled design and development workflow.
